27 confirmed deaths have been reported and over 20 people have been reported missing.Now, in a bid to help those impacted from across the music community, the Crew Nation Global Relief Fund will be donating the money to help assist performing musicians, live music crew, and live music industry workers.Crew Nation was established by Live Nation Entertainment back in 2020 – back when live music was put on hold during the pandemic – and has spent the last five years delivering aid to those in the music world who are undergoing unforeseen hardships.
Already, over 16,000 crew members have been supported by the efforts, and $10million (£8.13m) has been contributed by Live Nation, as has $8million from artists, fans, and industry partners.The latest efforts for those affected by the wildfires mean that financial grants have been organised.
