It was just reported that Messi purchased the entire ninth floor of a luxury apartment building in Sunny Isles Beach.
The Real Deal reports that he paid $7.3 million for the luxury condo. Messi definitely has the money for the purchase as he was ranked the third highest-paid athlete in the world in 2020 with a salary of $104 million.
The apartment will be 5,515-square-feet with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an additional 2,100 square feet of terrace space.
