Linkin Park have shared their new single ‘Heavy Is The Crown’ and added dates to 2024’s ‘From Zero’ world tour.The track got its live debut in Germany earlier this week (September 22), marking the second song to be revealed from their upcoming comeback album ‘From Zero‘, which is set for release on November 15 (pre-order/pre-save here).‘Heavy Is The Crown’ also serves as the 2024 League of Legends World Championship Anthem, marking the band’s first collaboration with Riot Games.It follows the album’s lead single ‘The Emptiness Machine’, their first release in seven years following their shock return.
The track recently got its TV debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.Earlier this month, Mike Shinoda, turntablist Joe Hahn, guitarist Brad Delson and bassist Dave ‘Phoenix’ Farrell reunited Linkin Park seven years after the tragic death of vocalist Chester Bennington.
Replacing Chester on vocals now is former Dead Sara singer Emily Armstrong, and founding drummer Rob Bourdon has been replaced by Colin Brittain.Tonight (September 24), Linkin Park will play London’s O2 as part of their six-date arena run for the ‘From Zero World Tour’.
