Line Of Duty star Vicky McClure admitted she's desperate for her wedding to happen following a series of delays. The actress, 37, has been engaged to her fiancé Jonny Owen since he got down on one knee in 2017.

In a new interview, Vicky explained her chaotic filming schedule meant 2019 was off the cards for the couple getting married.

However, coronavirus has been hampering the lovebirds with further delays since then and 2021 seems "like a write-off". She told The Sunday Times' Style magazine: "I’d dreamt about getting married since I was a kid.

I love the concept of marriage, I love the concept of a wedding, I’m a sucker for love. So I’m desperate for it to happen." Vicky has yet to make any concrete decisions on her wedding planning,
