He plays Detective Inspector Steve Arnott in Line of Duty and is intent on proving his former boss Chief Constable Philip Osborne has links to organised crime.

However, the rival stars of the hit BBC show left the drama on-screen as they took to the golf course on Saturday. Martin Compston, who stars as DI Arnott, and Owen Teale, who plays Chief Constable Osborne, posed for a snap on the green as episode seven of series six airs tomorrow.
