Lily was embroiled in a scandal last October when she was snapped looking very loved up with married actor Dominic West while in Rome together.
But now it seems an opportunity has arisen for the star to move across the pond and help put the incident behind her and after she drew arguably unfair levels of scrutiny in her part in her clinch with Dominic.
