Lily Allen reveals she's been diagnosed with ADHD and describes herself as a 'loner'

Lily Allen has revealed that she has been diagnosed with adult ADHD and has to "completely switch off social media". The 37 year old Smile singer lives in the US with her husband Stranger Things actor David Harbour, who she married in 2020.

Following her move to America, Lily revealed that she went to go and "see someone", who diagnosed her with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).

According to the NHS, ADHD is "a condition that affects people's behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse." Speaking to The Times, Lily said: "I’ve actually just been diagnosed with adult ADHD.

I’ve had to completely switch off social media because as soon as I look at it, it can be hours of my day gone." She added: "It sort of runs in my family.
