Lily Allen has hit out at her parents, saying that they resented her success and rise to stardom. The 35-year-old singer is the daughter of actor Keith Allen, who recently starred in ITV drama The Pembrokeshire Murders, and she said that he was not happy that she'd had 'more success than him'.
Lily has said that she knew she was going to be famous "no matter what", even if she hadn't grown up with a father in the public eye.
