Ammanford TV star it has been, sort of, business as usual as she's manned the sofa as a whole host of guests pop up on a Skype call each night, as The One Show bosses were determined to keep a sense of familiarity and continuity for the nation in unusual times.
Not only with viewers, Alex has had to keep a sense of normality and routine at home for sons Teddy, three and Kit, who turned one in lockdown.
Alex explains: “I was worried to begin with.
