Liam Payne has recalled a very expensive night where he was left with a huge bar bill – and then went on to accidentally destroy an expensive pair of shoes.

The 27-year-old One Direction star is said to be worth £44 million, but that fortune might not last long if he continues to be hit with five-figure bills at the end of a night out.

Answering questions with fans, Liam recalled a very expensive night out in Brazil where he was handed a £30,000 bill after his group of friends spent the night drinking, while he was performing as a DJ.

Things went from bad to worse, however, as he tried to escape the bill by running away and jumping into a swimming pool – while wearing expensive shoes.
