People who knew Liam Payne from his time as a member of One Direction are reacting to his tragic death.

The “Teardrops” singer passed away at the age of 31 on Wednesday (September 16) while in Argentina. The preliminary cause of his death has been attribute to trauma that he suffered after falling from the balcony of his hotel room.

As news of his passing spread, many people associated with the beloved boy band took to social media to pay tribute to Liam.

The list includes family members of his bandmates – Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan.
