Former One Direction singer Liam Payne's mansion has gone up for rent, following his tragic death just one month ago.The 31 year old sadly died after falling from the balcony of his hotel room on the third floor in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He suffered multiple injuries that led to "internal and external bleeding" and ultimately his death. Before this devastating incident, Liam and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy had settled into an lavish Florida home, with a monthly price tag of nearly $10,000.They had taken up a short-term lease during the summer.The couple even shared glimpses of their life in the luxurious home with their followers on Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram.

Now, as per TMZ reports, the five-bedroom Wellington property in South Florida is hitting the market at $9,950 per month. Prior to his death, Liam had proudly shown off the Spanish-style mansion to fans, featuring a grand entrance leading to a gourmet kitchen designed for entertaining, and a large saltwater pool with a waterfall to enjoy the Florida sunshine.There was also a balcony overlooking the entrance, reports the Mirror.

Kate gushed about their new pad in a gated community, complete with lush palm trees and plush amenities including a clubhouse with a gym, spa, and tennis courts.
