Due to his past drug use and rehab stints, Liam's visa had expired, requiring him to undergo medical checks and drug tests before getting the green light.
Sadly, Liam fell from the balcony of his third-floor hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, dying at the age of 31 due to multiple traumas causing an "internal and external haemorrhage".
Reports claim that Kate has spoken about her relationship with Liam and allegedly made him choose. Liam had been clean from drugs before his drug tests, which he passed and was on the verge of being granted a visa again.
