Liam Payne's death was 'not intentional' after he plunged from a hotel balcony, prosecutors in Argentina have claimed. The 31-year-old pop star, who rose to fame in X Factor boyband One Direction, died after he fell from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur Hotel where he had been staying in Buenos Aires, on October 16.
New information released by the Public Prosecutor's Office, as seen by the Manchester Evening News, states that Payne was 'not fully conscious or was experiencing a state of noticeable decrease or loss of consciousness at the time of the fall'.
It comes after it was reported that three people had been charged with 'abandonment of a person followed by death' and the supply and facilitation of narcotics in connection with his death.
