Liam Gallagher will perform to NHS staff for free later this year. The rocker, 47, will take to the stage at London's O2 Arena in October to play for free to NHS workers, in a display of gratitude for all they've done amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Taking to social media, the star shared a poster for the event, penning: "It's an honour to announce that I'll be doing a gig for the NHS and careworkers at London's The O2 on October 29th. "They do an incredible job, we are very lucky to have them.

LG x." Tickets are two per person, and a non-NHS guest can be the second ticket holder. He's not the only big name to put his name down, as a number of other musical acts have signed up to put on a show for those on the frontline against COVID-19.
