Liam Gallagher
William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis in the 1990s and 2000s, and later fronted the rock band Beady Eye in the early 2010s, before beginning a solo career after the dissolution of both bands. One of the most recognisable figures in British music, he is noted for his outspoken and abrasive manner; penchant for wearing parkas; distinctive singing style, in which he elongates vowels; and signature stance on stage, which consists of him holding his arms behind his back and singing up into a downward-facing microphone.

Watch Liam Gallagher perform acoustic version of unreleased song ‘Eh La’

Gallagher first previewed the song back in 2017 during a gig in New York Liam Gallagher has shared an acoustic performance of a previously unreleased song called ‘Eh La’ – watch him perform it below.

In a video posted earlier today (May 4), Gallagher can be seen playing the song in a studio. “Eh la, son of a gun, what have you done today?/ Come now, sing us a song, one for yesterday,” he sings in the first verse.

Singing the hook, the former Oasis frontman continues: “Without love/ Without love, surely we’ll lose our way/ Without love/ Without love, we can’t find a way.” The clip is directed by Charlie Lightening and doesn’t appear to be a recent one.
