Liam Gallagher described Glasgow in one word as ‘pleasant’ ahead of his headliner set at TRNSMT - as he admitted to waking up just after 6am.

Pictures taken earlier today showed the star arriving in Scotland by private jet - but he later joked that he ‘slid into Glasgow’ rather than arrive by plane or car.And he said he was up for an early morning bike ride rather than going running these days.

The former Oasis legend described his set as ‘biblical’ as he admitted he wouldn’t playing any solo stuff at the gig.
