Defiant Liam Fox insists he won’t allow defeat to Rangers to derail his bid to get Dundee United back on track.The Tannadice boss has slowly started to get his team going again after their dreadful start to the season.
But after an encouraging run that had seen them post three wins and a draw from their previous five games was halted by Michael Beale’s Ibrox outfit.Fox, however, is adamant he will not allow that set-back to halt their new momentum.
He said: “The job of me, my staff and the players is to take the defeat on the chin, learn from it and then get back to work.
We’re really disappointed we lost the game. I thought we played well for spells in the first half and pushed Rangers — but goals change games and we were disappointed to lose one so soon after the restart.
