And Kelty Hearts manager Ferguson has revealed how he'd approach the situation as an incoming manager as he affirmed his belief that Griffiths is the best finisher at Celtic.

He said on Go Radio: "For me, he’s got to want it himself.“If I’m a new manager coming in I’m sitting him down and explaining what I need from him.“But you can’t hold people’s hands he’s got to want to do it himself. “For me he’s the best finisher (at Celtic), you saw it against Aberdeen on Wednesday night.
