Eddie Howe manager chase has Celtic fans 'frustrated' as Barry Ferguson questions club statement

Eddie Howe, as he warned fans are getting "frustrated". The Parkhead club put out an update on Friday as they acknowledged fan concerns about the managerial situation.

It's been 72 days since Neil Lennon 's resignation and while Howe is the top target there has been no white smoke above Celtic Park.

And Rangers legend Ferguson fears the update won't cut the mustard as he urged the Hoops to get a deal done. He said on Go Radio: "I don't think they can (afford to wait) - get in, get signed, get announced."We know you've got your number one target in terms of your backroom team but if we can't get them is there anybody else who you would target?"That's what happens in football.
