Leicester lockdown chaos as mayor 'still waiting' to be told where border is to police it

Leicester's Mayor says the government still hasn’t confirmed the boundary for the city’s local lockdown. Sir Peter Soulsby told Sky News it had been “incredibly difficult” getting data out of the government.
