Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury won't be able to get around the arbitration decision that cost them their £110million title fight.
That's according to legal expert Joel Leigh, partner at the law firm Howard Kennedy, who has taken a look at the details of the deal between Fury and Deontay Wilder that has seen a judge order them to fight this summer.
Fury-Joshua was seemingly signed and sealed for August 14 in Saudi Arabia, with each fighter set to earn over £53m in a title unification bout.
The plans changed suddenly, however, on Monday night when a judge ordered in arbitration that Fury owed Wilder a third fight by a deadline on September this year.
