Ms Maxwell, a close friend of Prince Andrew, was detained at her lavish home in Bradford, New Hampshire, US, on Thursday on suspicion of sex offences.
The charges include conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts and enticement of a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts.
