Lauren, 34, wore a cropped white hoodie and tight grey leggings, which accentuated her slim frame, as she posed for the selfie with her Charles, 23, on Instagram on Wednesday.
Meanwhile Charles, who is a builder, wore a hoodie and denim jeans. Lauren revealed earlier this week her lockdown romps with Charles have helped keep her in good shape.
