Laura Anderson, the influencer and former Love Island star, has faced backlash on social media after complaining about her business class flight to Dubai with her 16-month-old daughter, Bonnie. The 35 year old Scot documented their journey on Instagram, which included a luxury flight complete with a private booth, super soft bed, and two TV screens.
Despite the luxurious setting, Laura revealed that little Bonnie had a few mishaps during the flight, including soiling herself after drinking orange juice and nearly falling off her seat.
She also mentioned a "standard melt-down during take-off". In her post, Laura, who recently took a swipe at ex Gary Lucy, wrote: "Travelling with a 16-month-old", before settling into watching Anchorman, while Bonnie watched Winnie the Pooh.
Despite her complaints, Laura acknowledged her privilege, stating: "I am aware sitting in business class is a privilege if someone chooses to do so." Critics were quick to chime in over Laura's travel choices, with one rather sarcastically responding: "my heart bleeds for you Laura." In contrast, some compared their economy class struggles, as a fellow parent sympathised: "You should try cattle class with a child, I feel for anyone having to travel with children trying to keep them occupied in a confined space, you had room, she did well Laura x.", reports the Mirror.
