Laura Anderson has detailed her terrifying late night dash to A&E after her daughter Bonnie experienced a febrile seizure.The Love Island star, who recently went public with her new beau, opened up about the incident on her Instagram in which she paid tribute to the strength that children have.

In a recent Instagram Story, Laura, 35, shared a snap of her 14-month-old daughter Bonnie in a pram as they headed out for a stroll.

Captioning the sweet photo, the doting mum explained that they were “getting some fresh air…,” before she explained the events that had unfolded the night before. “Feeling very grateful after a dash to a&e last night,” Laura wrote as she revealed that Bonnie had experienced a febrile seizure, which are also known as febrile convulsions. “Luckily enough I knew what a febrile convulsion was from being crew but oh my goodness it’s a different story when it’s your child and you have to drive to the hospital yourself,” she added. “Also hats off to all the parents dealing severaly sick children and to the strength these children have, I do not know how you cope.

You can let me know if you want me to explain what happened as it’s not really what I thought xx.” According to the NHS, a febrile seizure can sometimes occur when a child has a high temperature.
