Thursday's update of the rolling seven-day rate of new cases for the seven days to November 29 reveal which areas of the country are seeing reductions in infections - and the ones that are increasing.

Areas of Kent are still seeing a surge in the number of positive cases, while each Greater Manchester borough is seeing a dramatic drop in figures.

While across England the majority of areas have also seen fall in the case rate over the last seven days - with 266 out of 315 reporting a drop in figures.The most up-to-date data has revealed that every single one of the ten boroughs in our region have seen significant falls.
