A neighbour from hell landed in prison after ignoring an anti-social behaviour order.Janet Weir played loud music, threatened neighbours and coughed at police officers while claiming to have COVID.Weir, of Oaklea Crescent, Blantyre, appeared from custody at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
