A Lanarkshire mum was kept in the dark about a sexual risk order made against a man she was seeing. The court heard that he and the Wishaw woman involved in the current case had known each other previously, but there had been no contact between them for 10 years until January 2021.

Sampson moved from London at that point and set up home in Craigneuk.The charge stated that between July and October 2021 he failed to tell the woman of his status while having contact with her daughter.Ms Clark told the court: "He did not disclose to the woman that he was the subject of a court order."The
