Lanarkshire mental health charity to host fundraising night at Alona Hotel

North Lanarkshire mental health charity, You Are My Sunshine (YAMS) is to host ‘Jams for YAMS’, an exclusive fundraising night of music and entertainment.

Sponsored by the Alona Hotel and M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park, the evening will be held at the hotel on Saturday, August 31, from 6pm until midnight.Headline acts include Stevie McCrorie, DopesickFly and Scoundrels along with Noel Quinn, Lisa McKechnie and Tommy McGuire.

All the money raised from the event will go directly to supporting the charity’s free and vital counselling and 1:1 drop-in services and activities.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
