A selfless and generous early years worker is this week's ‘Say it With Flowers’ recipient. Tracy Coll Higham, from Wishaw, was nominated for the award by her best friend, Sharon McLauchlan, who said she is a great help for many in her local community.

Sharon praised Tracy's selflessness and generosity to charity, calling her "an inspiration with a heart of gold," who iss "always there" for both her friends and family.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
