They entered the garden of the accused's property and he said 'Get out of my f*****g garden."The officers warned him about his conduct.

The accused's partner was standing in the hallway and stated 'We don't know if you have Covid'."Hallford then coughed deliberately and theatrically towards the officers."Defence agent Eddie Robertson said his client was eight feet away at the time so he wasn't close to the officers.The solicitor added: "He was confident he had insurance.
