They married on August 4 1962 at Motherwell South Parish Church.During their lives, Bily worked for some time as a policeman while Moira worked for the local authority at the Civic Centre.The couple has two children, Craig 59 and Leslie 55.
They have no grandkids.Memories from their married life include going on many holidays, something they still enjoy now. They recently arrived back from a holiday in Jersey.They used to have a caravan where they would take the kids when they were young, but one fond memory is when they went on a big trip across the west coast of America.
