South Lanarkshire Council are inviting new tenders to replace a bridge in Clydesdale.Council officers have completed carrying out an exercise which looked at the options available to replace Clyde Bridge, on Pettinain Road near the Carstairs Junction.Market conditions are affecting the construction industry, the preferred and proposed route of the council is to return to the market and invite tenders to carry out the replacement.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
