Groups from across South Lanarkshire gathered to celebrate their successes in the 'Beautiful Scotland' and 'It's Your Neighbourhood' initiatives.Bonnie Blantyre was delighted to host the event, with founder Dr Susan Lindner-Kelly welcoming volunteer members from Blantyre Miners Community Garden; Brighter Bothwell; Burn Road Action Group; Carluke Meadow; East Mains Community Council; Fernbrae Meadows Allotments Association; Flourishing Forth; Flourishing Forth - Eco Site; Friends of Douglas Park; Friends of Holmhills Wood Community Park; Friends of the Calder; Grow 73; Uddingston Pride (now called Grow Uddingston); Lanark in Bloom; and TACT Healthy Park.Dr Lindner said: "We absolutely love our town and the way that our community comes together to make good things happen.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
