A Motherwell business has been recognised for high standards of excellence by North Lanarkshire Council’s Employer Charter.SecureShield Ltd received the highest award, Gold Accreditation, recognising its achievements in all aspects of the charter, which aims to increase employment and training opportunities for residents and provide support to businesses.The charter is based around four commitments by employers: to pay all staff the Real Living Wage; employ North Lanarkshire residents; use local businesses in the supply chain where possible; and ensure fair work practices which attract and retain employees.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
