Lady Gaga has bravely shared how she suffered a breakdown after she was raped by a music producer at the age of 19, who dumped her on the street when she was pregnant.
The singer said her rapist told her to take off her clothes, and the producer said that if she refused her music would be destroyed.
Gaga admitted that she suffered a "psychotic break" after the traumatic ordeal and "wasn't the same girl". She told her story on The Me You Can't See, Prince Harry and Oprah's new Apple TV+ mental health docuseries.
Gaga said: "I was 19 years old, and I was working in the business, and a producer said to me, 'Take your clothes off.' "And I said no.
