Labour politicians have met a Ravenscraig boss over latest proposals for the huge site.Mark Griffin, Scottish Labour MSP for Central Scotland, and Pamela Nash, Labour MP for Motherwell, Wishaw, and Carluke, recently visited the Ravenscraig site for an update on new developments planned by Ravenscraig Ltd.This regeneration project, built on the iconic grounds of the former steelworks, promises a vibrant future for the local community through a blend of housing, industry, retail, and educational facilities.During the visit, Development Director Russell Wilkie provided a guided tour of the site, which includes plans for a £10 million employment hub, new residential areas, retail facilities, and a school.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
