Kym took to Instagram at the time and shared a picture of the adorable pet as she updated her 605,000 followers on the gutting news.
Paying tribute to the sweet King Charles spaniel, Kym wrote alongside his photo: "Had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Barney." She added: "We will miss you so much mate.
