Jordyn Woods shared several 'sweater weather' photos to social media on Sunday. The 25-year-old model had on a gray sweater with a stuffed toy bear attached to the side of her chest with no explanation as for why.  'Sweater weather hits a little different when it's 10 degrees,' wrote the former best friend of Kylie Jenner.
