The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 24, and her other half will now try to think up something that they think suits the tot better.
The baby previously known as Wolf Webster was born last month and is the couple's second child. They already shared Stormi, three, as reports the Mirror.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Monday evening, Kylie admitted the pair simply didn't feel the name "was him". She commented: "FYI our son's name isn't Wolf anymore.
