They are keen for Mbappe to remain in France after securing the blockbuster free transfer of Lionel Messi from Barcelona earlier in the window.
Neymar has also committed to a new deal in Paris but Mbappe, so far, has rejected all attempts to convince him to stay. The latest bid from Real is a whopping €170m guaranteed with another €10m in bonuses.
