The Frozen II actress, 39, told Vanity Fair that when she was starting out as an actress, she’d constantly be told she was “not pretty enough to play the pretty girl”. “I remember early on, getting feedback, that I wasn’t enough in either category.
I would get feedback from an audition: ‘Well, you’re not pretty enough to play the pretty girl, but you’re not quirky enough or weird enough to play the weird girl’,” she recalled.
However, for the aspiring Hollywood star, she was just grateful to be considered for a part at all, adding: “I was like ‘OK so does that just mean I can’t be an actor?
