Kourtney is already a mom to Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, whom she shares with her ex Scott Disick. Travis shares son Landon, 19, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24 with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
