The 41-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star teamed up with the teen as they wore matching outfits for a video which seemed to be taken in Kourtney's wardrobe area.
Addison, 19, wore a white sweater with coloured love hearts on it and emblazoned with "take 5," which is the same as what the reality star was kitted out in.
The pair linked arms as the called each other their "bestie" and within 24 hours, it had been hit with over five million likes.
