Prince Archie is celebrating his fifth birthday today (Monday, May 6), and King Charles is reportedly planning to give him a modest present following Prince Harry's past remarks.
The eldest son of Prince Harry will have his birthday festivities in the US, where the Sussex family now resides after their royal departure in 2020.
Although Prince Harry is set to visit the UK for an Invictus Games event this week, Meghan Markle , Archie, and their daughter Lilibet will remain stateside.
Despite the distance on Archie's big day, it is believed that King Charles intends to send a birthday gift to his grandson.Royal commentator Tom Quinn suggests that the King will likely send Archie a card and a modest gift to celebrate the occasion, reports the Mirror.Tom shared said: "There has even been talk that he will send one of his own watercolour paintings to Archie as a present as Meghan loves homemade gifts and dislikes extravagant expensive presents."He added: "But King Charles and his team are desperately worried that whatever the king sends to his grandson may be misinterpreted by Harry and Meghan.
