As Prince Harry returns to the UK in the coming days, sources have claimed that he’s requested to meet with his father King Charles during his visit as an olive branch gesture.
The Duke of Sussex is due to attend a special service at St. Paul's Cathedral to celebrate 10 years of the Invictus Games. Harry founded the sports competition for ex-servicepeople back in 2014.
According to reports no other senior royals will be attending the landmark anniversary event with the prince. But they claim that the Duke has reached out to his father asking him to meet whilst he is in the country.
The last time Harry met with Charles was shortly after the monarch had been diagnosed with cancer and had begun regular treatment, the Mirror reports.
