Prince Harry has been accused in the past of being the one responsible for his children's non-existent relationship with their grandfather but experts claim King Charles could actually be the one at fault.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their dramatic exit from the UK back in 2020 when they stepped down from their royal duties and relocated to Montecito, California.Harry and Meghan's two children have been raised in the States meaning that they have only met their grandfather a couple of times, the Mirror reports.Back at the King's Coronation in May, reports revealed that Charles was "disappointed" in not being able to see his grandkids at the event which Prince Harry turned up for on his own after Meghan decided to stay in the US with their two kids.
At the time, this hinted at Harry and Meghan being the problem behind their disconnect but royal expert Michael Cole believes that the monarch could be the one at fault for not making more of an effort to see his grandchildren.He said: "When the King asked Prince Harry and his wife to vacate Frogmore Cottage Harry said, ‘Doesn’t the King want to see his grandchildren?’”He told GB News: “Well, the fact is he is not seeing his grandchildren. "He has hardly seen Prince Archie and I am not sure he has even since Princess Lilibet more than once.
