TMZ got a hold of a new incident report from the Milton Police Department on Tuesday, which reveals authorities were sent to the estranged couple’s Georgia home last Wednesday — the day before Thanksgiving.
It’s unclear who made the call to police, but they were sent to the home for a domestic violence incident. Once there, Kim told them she got into an argument with Kroy while taking down curtains in the house.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum argued her husband was the aggressor in the situation. While she was on the ladder, she claims he got confrontational with her and ended up grabbing her and throwing her to the ground.
