The 39 year old flew to Wyoming to meet rapper Kanye, 43, on Monday, where they were seen having a tearful exchange in his car.
Kanye suffered a bipolar episode last week, in which he took to Twitter to hit out against his Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wife.
In the series of social media posts, he appeared to accuse Kim of cheating on him with Meek Mill, claimed he has been trying to divorce her for two years, and even labelled her a "white supremacist."
